"Review of Scott Gentes – A Disappointment in Every Sense If “Gentes” means “people,” Scott Gentes must be a walking contradiction—because this man is anything but for the people. After everything I’ve been through, all I needed was one simple thing: glass coverage. A basic, reasonable request. Instead, I was met with incompetence, confusion, and an ego so inflated it could have its own zip code. Silvia, who seems to be taking direction from a broken compass, couldn’t tell up from down, and Scott himself? He’s too busy being “important” to actually do his job. He talks a big game, but when it comes to taking care of clients, the follow-through is nonexistent. And while I normally wouldn’t bring personal matters into a professional review, let’s just say the questionable relationship between my mother and Mr. Gentes certainly explains a few things. Bottom line: if you’re looking for someone who truly has your back, keep looking. Scott Gentes is not your guy."
