"I am getting a little frustrated with whom ever you hire to fling your advertisement flyers around on my door step. I have clearly posted no soliciting signs in two different locations. Please look into the ethics in whom you hire. Because I would not recommend anyone who clearly ignores clearly posted signage and litters the property with un wanted advertisement. Please view the photo lower left Scott Gentes. Thank You.Legally enforceable: "No Solicitation" signs are considered legally enforceable in Arizona, meaning solicitors must respect them and leave the property if they see one"

"Absolutely the best insurance agency I've ever used. I couldn't reach the claims department. After the 7th time being on hold for up to 30 minutes, I stopped by the office and Alexis sent an email to " someone " and I received a call within 2 hours of stopping by. Thank you Alexis I've had nothing but excellent service from Scott's employees. Highly recommend 👌"

I was in between home & car insurance companies and had a lot of anxiety making the switch. He made it fast, simple, and answered all my questions. "I have had state farm ins for years. The past few years my agent was horrible. So I switched agents and I'm so glad I did. Scott Gentes is the first agent that has ever reached out to me to schedule an appointment to go over my insurance coverage and just get to know me. "I just recently switched to State Farm after more than 30 years with American Family. The rates were a little more than I had anticipated but that was my fault for allowing a lapse in coverage occur even if it was only one day. Less than a month after my first payment my car broke down on the freeway between Casa Grande and Chandler. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. I called Scott after not being able to successfully get help with my roadside assistance. Scott was absolutely amazing. He told me to give him some time to get in touch with the vendor. I didn’t have much choice, but it was only minutes until he got back to me. He let me know a tow truck driver would be there within the hour. A few minutes later I got a call from the driver who was only 20 minutes away. It was almost dark by then. I had no idea where to I should have the car towed. I just moved to Casa Grande and don’t even know anyone yet. I was more than 30 miles from home. The driver told me he could tow it to my house and it would cost me zero. I paid more than I wanted for my coverages, but I paid too little for the exceptional service I received to have Scott as my agent and Stare Farm in my corner. Thank you Scott!!! You have earned my business for life."
