Position OverviewWe are seeking an outgoing and motivated Insurance and Financial Services Sales Representative to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a passion for helping clients secure their financial futures. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and achieve rewarding compensation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance and financial needs
  • Present and explain insurance and financial service products clearly and effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet company goals
Qualifications
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales aptitude and customer service orientation
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services sales is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work full-time in an office environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
